I am currently involved as member of the advisory board.
Forward Inc - Personal and business coaching of refugees, who want to become an entrepreneur via startup accelerator Forward Inc.
City of Dordrecht- Developing vision, strategies, strategic action plan for work in the city center of Dordrecht (including setting up strategic development team with different stakeholders for execution of plan). 
ICAMAP - Developing vision and portfolio for international investment fund, ICAFuture, with unique proposition to accelerate innovation in real estate.
0010*0010 - Developing vision, business concept and coaching based on new technologies, like NFT's and AI, for digital artist and entrepreneur in Beverly Hills.
City of Zwolle - Analysis, strategy development and execution for the economic development of the Innovation / Makers District (including embedding economic vision in real estate developments and branding) (Spoorzone Zwolle)
Heerema Group - Developing strategies and concepts for applying parametric design in the manufacturing chain of off shore platforms
Team Zero North Sea - market development for developing future strategies for 4 to 6 multinational organisations in off shore wind cluster on the North Sea (own initiative)

Sample of recent initiatives are:
City of Dordrecht - Developing vision, strategies, strategic action plan for work in the city center of Dordrecht (including setting up strategic development team with different stakeholders for execution of plan). The city is in the heart of the Dutch Maritime & Delta makers-industry. In my approach we redesign a existing building for different scenarios to accelerate learning and engaging stakeholders. 
MWPO - Strategy & concept development for real estate development in Groningen with focus accelerating health cluster development & healthy living (tender)
City of Zwolle - Analysis, strategy development and execution for the economic development of the Innovation / Makers District (including embedding economic vision in real estate developments and branding) (Spoorzone Zwolle)
Dutch Makers Revolution - Developing crossmedia and innovation platform for the manufacturing industry in Greater Rotterdam (Own initiative)

Make ’t Rotterdam - Developing platform for connecting manufacturing industry, education and students via television program (first serie on local tv platform Open Rotterdam with Alstom, Eurocaps, Heerema & Skelex) 

Rotterdam Makers District - developing project plan for Dutch Makers Week for positioning and acceleration of ecosystem of the manufacturing industry in Greater Rotterdam

City of Ridderkerk - developing actionplan Makers Village for the city of Rotterdam and 8 frontrunners in the manufacturing industry, like Quooker, Trelleborg and Alstom

West Practice - Developing innovative platform for informal learning with open badges to create an ecosystem between local communities and manufacturing industry (Rotterdam West, Rotterdam Makers District and Spaanse Polder)
